Do you offer bulk?

All items are available in bulk.   Email GearUpNation1@gmail.com with your inquiry and we will provide pricing and availability.

 

Do you keep stock of all these products?  

We keep limited to no inventory on-hand of most products because of excellent just-in-time delivery from our suppliers - resulting in product on-hand as soon as 48 hrs of pushing an order. 

 

What if a supplier has a backorder?

We've selected product that are held in high inventory to reduce potential for back orders.  

Should suppliers experience a back order that affects an active order, we will communicate the shortage and provide timelines,

alternatives or credit options should they be needed.  When ordering bulk, Gear Up Nation will check inventory levels as part of the initial quote process and provide an inventory snapshot.  

 

When should I expect my order to arrive?

All product available for sale on the shop page will be decorated on-demand - turn around time for fulfillment is 1-2 weeks from order - if lead-time is longer than this, we will communicate to set shipping expectations.  All orders will receive automatic order confirmation and tracking details when they ship. 

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Ground shipping is free with an order greater than $250.  Expedited shipping is available upon request.  Bulk orders may be subject to freight.

Do you offer Rush ordering?

and Rush ordering is available upon request.  Email GearUpNation1@gmail.com if you need items sooner than 2 weeks.  We will do everything we can to help support your merchandise goals.  Rush fees start at $20%

 

Do you have minimums?

Gear Up Nation doesn't have minimums to decorate and ship - however some vendors do, like Sand Cloud.  If minimums apply, it will be articulated on the product page and at check out.

Do you offer drop shipping or hotel client room drops?

Yes, if you need product for events, client visits or for room drops - we can coordinate shipping to arrive when and where you need it.
